Setmore Appointment Scheduling App Reviews

The free version of this app is nice enough. You get what you pay for (or dont). I have been using it for eight months and have seen the same issues repeat often: when booking, clients cant get past the loading screen once they choose a time and service even after refreshing browser, switching to mobile/desktop, general trouble shooting etc. The Facebook option is 50/50. I wish you could disable the Facebook feature but, unfortunately , you cant and it messes up ALOT. Plus , if a client booked through Facebook they dont receive their email confirmation with the buttons to reschedule/cancel so they will be calling/texting you with those needs . The time zone will reset itself on the client end and that throws off appointment times. Nine out of 10 times the issue is that the app will not load to finalize. It gets daunting playing IT all hours of the day. The support is weak also, I try and use them a lot but they only send you links to FAQ. So far, support has not been able to understand why these problems are happening for both my coworker and my separate accounts, therefore I will not be upgrading to the paid version.

They found this app, I love it, the end. P.S. Customer Service and their response time is fantastic as well. Freelancers, Entrepreneurs, and anyone else whos day consists of making appointments: this app is for you.

I LOVE Setmore! Not only is the online platform easy to understand but the app is too! The app is perfect, allows you to see past appointments with clients, schedule clients, see who has scheduled, etc! You can customize the site to make it work for you! I have no complaints. Its really convenient to use and its easy to use as well. It tells you how much you make weekly from the bookings and its easy for people to book appointments.

Everything about the myset booking app is awsome, the interface is simple to use and no instructions are needed! Its great i cant get enough of showing it off. It helps a lot with my business, since i am an up and coming barber it keeps all my appointments on track. Thank you

This app is really important to ensure my schedule is neat and the workflow is good. It is extremely helpful for our students that can have certainty in terms of time and availability.

This is a great app to switch out from your paper appointment book. Only thing that can cause trouble is if clients book themselves in and dont use the same time zone, appointment times end up being wrong.

Great service and app, only wish their were a Tablet version.

Great customer support. Loaded with options. Very customizable. Price is FREE with no strings attached! If you want to upgrade you can but theres no hidden fees. Even the prices you can choose to pay are exactly where they should be for what this service offers.

This app misses appts all the time. The only way I know I have an appt is because I get an email from PayPal. Then I have to email the person to see when they scheduled!!

Too many steps to set an appt! Should be able to fill out appt screen and schedule.

Ive been using this app (free version) for over 3 years now and have never had an issue. Very convenient and exactly what I need for simple client scheduling. Love the auto-reminder feature and app customer service is excellent whenever Ive had a question. Would definitely recommend.
