We use this on our website and our clients love it. Excellent for running a small business.
I just started to use Setmore recently.I am a very small business owner and teach classes. This is the perfect tool to make sure that you are organized and never miss an appointment. The free version is amazing because you can book your clients in, it will send your clients a reminder email one day before or however many days you choose. The free version also has unlimited appointments so you are not counting down how many you have left. Very very very easy to integrate into your own phone calendar so you dont miss an appointment and you are always up to date with who is coming and what time.
The only thing that is a little bit of a drawback is that you were not able to view the classes on your calendar through the app. You have to go online to see your classes, but because it is free and youre not paying anything, I cannot complain. I recommend this app to everyone and anyone who has a business and need something for a booking appointments.
This app also sends out text message reminders which I have not tried yet but will when I have more clients in the future.
I have been using this app for about 3 years now. I upgraded to the Pro version a couple years ago. All in all I love how it works and my clients enjoy it too. This app looks slighlty different from the Web browserview screen and has bascially all the features. One thing I would like to see is a Slots Available on the standard screen, at the moment the only way to see this is if I am booking an appointment or i log in from a broswer. Other than that its great and customer service gets back quite quickly :)
I use this app daily to make my appointments and stay on track and its one of the most useful tools on my phone. Its super easy and I love how basic and simple everything is. 5 stars and definitely recommend to anyone.
Ive been using set more for our engineering firm to set field techs schedule. I love using it. There is a few bugs that seem to work itself out during the day. If have specific questions I will answer them.
We use the software to schedule appointments for our police departments child safety seat installation program and a civilian class that we offer. It integrates nicely with FB and allows our car seat officer to work remotely, updating his availability on the app any time.

Love this app, makes scheduling so convenient but I would really like a landscape option for the iPad app. Its hard to use in portrait mode on the iPad.
Not great. The booking process is complicated and time consumptive. It doesnt work for me.
Does amazing things, but youd think thered be an iPad version thats available as this is well worth purchasing an iPad to run front counter booking at a clinic, salon, etc.
Integration with slack is hugely amazing. But the information dropped in the channel is lacking; I need the team to see the entire scope of the data entered by the patient, otherwise the integration is pointless to me because they all then need to still access setmore itself to view.
Finally, the link setmore posts in slack opens in the browser when we have the app installed...why? Especially when the site is not mobile optimized.
This app has great potential, but developers need to decide what they want it to be; a mobile-oriented clinic staffs productivity weapon or an established businesss desktop platform for enterprise scale.
I was looking for an app to schedule time into my studio for photography sessions. This one is VERY complicated to set up and even after its not effective for my needs. Simple is better.
It automatically updated and has been a nightmare ever since. The loading time is painfully slow, it doesnt display the number of guests, and is much more difficult to navigate than before.
Still horrible, with ZERO improvement since my last review.
The old version is much more convenient, Im going to see about switching our company to a more user friendly application if we do not see improvement sooner rather than later.
This application has been downgraded severely; I used to have an easy time with SetMore, now its Terrible.
