The free version of this app is nice enough. You get what you pay for (or dont). I have been using it for eight months and have seen the same issues repeat often: when booking, clients cant get past the loading screen once they choose a time and service even after refreshing browser, switching to mobile/desktop, general trouble shooting etc. The Facebook option is 50/50. I wish you could disable the Facebook feature but, unfortunately , you cant and it messes up ALOT. Plus , if a client booked through Facebook they dont receive their email confirmation with the buttons to reschedule/cancel so they will be calling/texting you with those needs . The time zone will reset itself on the client end and that throws off appointment times. Nine out of 10 times the issue is that the app will not load to finalize. It gets daunting playing IT all hours of the day. The support is weak also, I try and use them a lot but they only send you links to FAQ. So far, support has not been able to understand why these problems are happening for both my coworker and my separate accounts, therefore I will not be upgrading to the paid version.
