i have different work hours and it doesnt even allow myself to setup my time schedule

I just started to use Setmore recently.I am a very small business owner and teach classes. This is the perfect tool to make sure that you are organized and never miss an appointment. The free version is amazing because you can book your clients in, it will send your clients a reminder email one day before or however many days you choose. The free version also has unlimited appointments so you are not counting down how many you have left. Very very very easy to integrate into your own phone calendar so you dont miss an appointment and you are always up to date with who is coming and what time. The only thing that is a little bit of a drawback is that you were not able to view the classes on your calendar through the app. You have to go online to see your classes, but because it is free and youre not paying anything, I cannot complain. I recommend this app to everyone and anyone who has a business and need something for a booking appointments. This app also sends out text message reminders which I have not tried yet but will when I have more clients in the future.

Ive been using set more for our engineering firm to set field techs schedule. I love using it. Recently though it takes a few times for the schedule to go through. I have to check with the techs to see if they get the schedule, if they dont, I send them another and get it right away. I got a new phone iPhone 7 To fix the problem but it did not fix it.

Love this app, makes scheduling so convenient but I would really like a landscape option for the iPad app. Its hard to use in portrait mode on the iPad.

This app schedules when its not supposed to! If your office hours are 5-10pm it will let someone schedule at 2:00 pm.

I have been using this app for about 3 years now. I upgraded to the Pro version a couple years ago. All in all I love how it works and my clients enjoy it too. This app looks slighlty different from the Web browserview screen and has bascially all the features. One thing I would like to see is a Slots Available on the standard screen, at the moment the only way to see this is if I am booking an appointment or i log in from a broswer. Other than that its great and customer service gets back quite quickly :)

I use this app daily to make my appointments and stay on track and its one of the most useful tools on my phone. Its super easy and I love how basic and simple everything is. 5 stars and definitely recommend to anyone.

Not great. The booking process is complicated and time consumptive. It doesnt work for me.

Needs a setting to remind clients a few hours before appointment via text message. Also had issues changing appointments to every hour, (would not save changes) Appt intervals stayed at every 15 mins.

At first I was excited about this app as it seemed easy to set up, and so many great features, but there are still some issues that need to be worked out such as iPhone app doesnt alert you when a customer signs up for a class. You only get an alert when you get a new client. Also, Im having to go into the laptop version just to check every couple hours to see if I have to go into the office. Appointments vs. classes gets a bit confusing... Also, it originally said you could integrate Square payment systems with it, but now you cant. If this were fine-tuned a bit it would be the number one app for many, many businesses!

We use the software to schedule appointments for our police departments child safety seat installation program and a civilian class that we offer. It integrates nicely with FB and allows our car seat officer to work remotely, updating his availability on the app any time.

App is easy to use , down fall is tat as Im trying to complete my set up for services and categories, it KEEPS CRASHING , after Ive spent my time typing a detailed service description. I would like to get a chance to use the app and share it with clients but I cant even get past the set up process without it crashing on me. Please fix this immediately and I would be more than happy to keep using it . Id hate to have to start all over on a different platform . Its so time consuming .

Is it possible to create an option for time allotted ? Like when I schedule a hair color I need a gap of wait time for client number 1 for 30 minutes where I can fit a second client in and then after that 30 minutes the client number 1 comes back to me for hair blow dry . It would be nice to have it automatic where I book my color and her finishing time is automatically there. Other booking apps have this available .

Best scheduling app of all time. Need I say more? However I cant see the names &I information of my appointments sometimes. Id have to sign on to my computer which can get annoying.

I have been researching many online booking programs and this is by far the easiest and best out there. Not to mention the basic one is FREE! Yes its free! Amazing and simple to use - 5 plus stars !!!
