Ive been using Setmore for almost 6 months. The mobile app does not sync properly with the desktop. For example, I recently updated my business hours. While they reflect properly on the desktop, the app still displays the old hours when I access them from my menu. Also, I can merge clients on the desktop so I dont have multiple accounts for one person. However they do not merge on the mobile app. They still display all the accounts. I have screen shots to prove this. Another thing - when a client want to view their schedule from the mobile app, and they click the link listed under "profile" that says "schedule" they are not able to change it or cancel it.
The mobile needs a ton of work. And the desktop version still needs work, such as the dashboard should also display any slots you may have booked off for each day. It currently only displays appointments. The monthly view of the calendar shows no indications of several days booked off (like a vacay). Its just blank like other days that may have no bookings, so you cant tell by first glance if its booked off.
Very disappointed in the lack of desktop and mobile sync. Glad Im using the free version. I do enjoy the app and plan to keep but would not upgrade with these issues happening.
