I wish you are able to customize the days and times your available throughout the whole month. Instead of being able only to just put in one schedule and having to go in weekly to update/ change the schedule just for that week.
I love this app and I want it to work so badly for my needs but it doesn’t. It’s missing a feature that would it the ultimate booking tool for athletic trainers who are used to seeing lots of patients at one time but need a way to stagger them. In this app, I can only have one person at a time book an appointment in each appointment slot. There needs to be a feature that allows me to choose a maximum number of appointments that can be booked per each slot. Then I can have 6 people all come in at 1pm and another 6 come in at 1:15pm instead of people booking every 3 minutes and then the person booking at 1:09 wondering if they should come in at 1, 1:09 or 1:15. I know there are classes that sort of do this but I have to go into the schedule every day and make a class available every 15 minutes every day which is way too time consuming to make it worth it for me.

I have experienced issues with this app. Support asked me several times to reinstall the app , but it didn’t fix the issue. First app wasn’t loading at all, after that navigations are not working properly, for example SERVICES are not loading. Web version has no issues.
I really love this app, it make it easy to manage my spa schedule. However, you are not able to book 2 services at once they have to be done separately, making it a little annoying for customers trying to book and or pay online as they have to pay two separate transactions.
I been with this company for long time and very happy.
My booking link is down and customer service saying they will get back with me in a day once they figure out what’s the problem . I’m done with this app . So behind the other booking apps .
Love using Setmore as a scheduling app but still think there is more room for growth. Having a better tracking system for when a client purchases a package would be nice but other than that, i love the weekly view this app holds
Great app and works well but since the new update we’re definitely missing an “activity” tab instead of the “services” tab is at the bottom. When someone cancels or reschedules, there is no where to see where their appointment was. Just seems pointless to have a services tab when the “+” button does the exact same thing. Please bring back the “activity” tab🙏
I am so impressed with how easy it was to set up our schedule and send out a link for clients to make appointments!! Thank you for this app! Two items on my wishlist for this app: 1) if there’s could be a “master account” for a parent/guardian to log in and have children/family members sub accounts as dropdown options per appointment set. (ie: if Mom and two children are coming at consecutive appointments, letting Mom choose the names of each child per appt slot would be a huge help, instead of having to have a dif login email/info per child) 2) allow for custom buffer-time per appointment type. (ie: allow people to book one appointment type at anytime, as soon as minutes from the current time, but certain appt types might need a 24-hour advance notice so a scheduling buffer would be required.) No matter what: this app has been a Huge time saver and the reminder texts are helping clients remember appts and reschedule if they need to!! Awesome!!
You are not able to charge clients online as their API isn’t set up with Stripe Portal. So sad!
Read the newest reviews 1st!!!! This app used to be great. We began in 2021 but they couldn’t leave it simple and working as it should. This year, 2024 the developers want bigger businesses and they ruined the simplicity this once had that made it great. Now, as of 12/05/2024, it fails to schedule when I add a new call so we wind up booking times that are already booked, Skips entire weeks on the schedule when we look at the week ahead, too unreliable to use unless your customers don’t care if you reschedule their appointments at the wrong day and time and you have to call them back and make excuses to reschedule them. It often moves calls to random days and times that we didn’t schedule, and so on! So ridiculous I can’t believe they’re still offering this junk app. I’ve switched to Square Appointments and what a breath of fresh air!. Works like it should!
normally great. the newest version of the app is just wheel of deathing and won’t let me access my calendar or book appointments which is not good for an app that charges for their services.
There were so many attributes that I had become accommodated to that the update has completely taken away. I no longer can: set my notifications to an hour before my service for reminder, schedule an event outside of my working house without having to change my settings so that EVERYONE else can do it as well. I have to press more buttons than before to do the things that I’m so used to doing because I had been using this app for years now; things as simple as sending my booking link is now four presses instead of just one like it used to be. I rarely say this, but the update made it worse instead of better..
I love the app! I wish they didn’t get rid of teleport integration and would love to see new updates of a dark mode, more customizable forms per each service so it’s not the same. As well as permissions to charge clients card maybe like a subscription option. I’ve had a client who wanted to book more services with me and she said to go ahead and charge her card but I don’t have that authorization to do so. So it’s a little inconvenient because my client had to go through the booking process again which is fine but maybe some authorization from the client it what’s needed. Not sure. But I’ve been using the app for 3 years and I love it!
This is probably the best app I’ve seen if you work for yourself. It’s incredibly easy to use, setting up client booking is very straightforward, cross syncing with all of your calendars works great, and customer service is always quick and responsive if I ever need anything.
I’ve had this app since 2018. And it has everything I personally need! What I love is that the chat system is always available to assist when you have a question. They are quick and super nice! It’s an inexpensive app for both a small or larger business! Thank you for everything!
New update causing a lot of issues , not able to see full appointment names on my phone(too small?),got an iPad doesn’t support vertical lay , very annoying especially for the iPad mini this should make it usable , but it is extremely unusable for me when needing to hold iPad upright which is more comfortable cause I it’s small enough to hold in a hand , how just how can it not be uprighttt 🤷🏽♂️🤷🏽♂️ who hired the developers like what is that in 2024 ,last but not least you took away the employees permissions to not be able to look up customer names . As someone who provides a service , and has to look up customer names to book appointments you completely blocked me from being able to look up said customer ,i need to know their profile first to book a service not vise versa . How long did you test for bugs before releasing, update was definitely rushed or simply you’re unable to adapt and develop beyond. 🤷🏽♂️
Let’s just start off by saying I love Setmore it’s easy to use on all my devices. But I just feel like I’m missing something. I’m a photographer, I looked up booking app and website on google and Setmore kept popping up and I just gave it a go and absolutely fell in love with the app. I kept setting everything up, and I just felt like I was missing something. It’s booking friendly, but I just wish It is photographer friendly, like offer forms like quotes, invoices, contracts, questionnaires, and just other types of forms. If possible if we can have like a tab where we can just make a quick 123 website instead of having to use all these integrations. Another thing I won’t to mention is having the option to make as many policies for my business on Setmore with out being limited to how many characters are being used, and also being able to have the option to slap Logo on almost anything or create projects. I really been thinking about upgrading, and I really want to upgrade to premium and give you my money, but I’m hesitant. I normally don’t leave reviews on apps but I really like this one. If I’m asking for too much let me know. Love the app keep up the good work. 💛🫶🏾
I had to get used to the new look/update of the app and I honestly hate it. I make my schedule as an esthetician and it glitches a lot. Shows me the wrong weeks when I click ahead, shows me the same client 3 times in one time slot, and overrall just more glitches than before. Loved the app before the change. :(
Its a good app been using it for a long time recent update isn't allowing us to customize business hours through the app, when will this be fixed :(
I love this app! It is perfect for setting up appointments and keeping my schedule within reach! I can schedule appointments anytime and anywhere with any of my clients! The only complaint I have seems small, but makes all the difference and honestly is quite irritating on my end. I can’t see any of my notes from past appointments. This makes it especially difficult and frustrating when trying to remember what I did/talked about 6-8 weeks ago. When using this app on my laptop or even an android it is perfect and I have everything I need but for some reason the Apple version of Setmore just doesn’t show previous appointment notes… it’s quite a shame because otherwise it’s perfect.
This new update is so horrible . I loved Setmore before and this new update is just so hard to maneuver through . Go back to the simpler version before this last update please 🙏🏽💯 New update is causing appointments to not show up on my schedule at times and causes chaos for me while cutting . It won’t show the time available nor show there’s an appointment at that time . Please fix your app!
It’s a huge oversight to not allow the user to make appointments, schedule appointments outside the designated hours without having to turn on ‘booking outside of hours’ -now my clients can schedule outside of my hours 👎🏽
I’ve been using setmore for years. I enjoyed the user friendly interface. This new mandatory update is terrible. I’m almost 50 and the font is so tiny. Also, now I have to do more taps to perform actions like calling, maping addresses. The pay rate is no longer shown right on the customer list page & I have tap each one to see the pay. I preferred when you could see a overview without all these extra taps. Wish I could go back to the old version.
The app runs great for my salon! With the new update it is hard to see customers phone numbers. Only setback!
I can’t express how much I love using Setmore. Both the desktop and app are extremely user friendly and work well with me using paper charts for my practice. The customer service is incredible every time I call for assurance too. It’s well worth paying for the professional Setmore if you need a HIPAA compliant scheduling system.
This app has always been great but this most recent update has been bugging out and some appointments haven’t been showing up on my schedule when clients do book and is really inconvenient. The new update also requires additional clicks to see client’s info and to delete appointments manually. There were never issues prior to this update and it seems as if they took a step back with messing with features that were never a problem. Please fix these bugs because I’ve always liked this app but as of recently it’s been very inconsistent. Thank you.
I used to love this app and then they went ahead and changed everything that I loved with the new update and I may have to switch.
The only thing I don’t like is that my client can’t really see the picture when booking because it appears so small .
The new update is great. But, lately my calendar does not update on each phone nor iPad. I have to update them manually on each phone because it does not synchronize like it use to before.
Great app all around. Helps me run my small barbe shop. The new update is just what it needed to be. Incredibly happy customer 👍🏽
I’m really disappointed with the latest update. The new scheduling system is inconvenient and has made things more complicated than they need to be. One major issue is that clients no longer receive appointment confirmations, which has caused a lot of confusion. Additionally, phone numbers are now hidden on the clients’ list unless you click on each name individually. This is a huge step back from the previous version, which was much simpler and easier to use. Please bring back the old version or at least fix these issues!
Update: I figured out I have to activate multiple services! Problem solved 👍 I wish there was a way to book multiple services in one appointment. I just switched my online booking to Setmore but, all my clients are telling me they can’t book additional services so I’m having to book a seperate appointments for each of their services. That’s kind of annoying to have to do.
This app is great to schedule the only thing I hate about the update is that I cannot view a customers full address unless I open it on apple or Google maps. The last version of setmore was a lot better and easier.
Not being able to see a full day without have to scroll makes it a pain. Old interface could see a full schedule for 4 days. Needs work guys it's clunky and not seamless with this new version , 5 stars if you go back to how simple and stream line the old ui. Managing 16-20 clients a day isn't a breeze anymore
Though I have a lot to say about this new update to sum up my thoughts I’ll say that honestly a few bugs needed to be fixed but this new update just took out the practicality of the app just to make it look more “aesthetically” appealing.

I like the new update on this app but the only problem is that I would like to be able to put one than one service at a time on the client. If there would be an update for that this app would be perfect and I would give it a full 5 stars
I can’t stand not seeing my actual calendar. I need to see my calendar plan our layout. It makes it easier for me to visualize and organize my day
I love using the app however I wish there was an option to have a set amount for deposits. With the way it’s set up now, I have to put a percentage in and it’s not the same for each customer. A set amount would be very helpful.
The update for this app on mobile is absolutely abysmal. The 3 day view now is bloated, stretched, and much harder to read. To set an appointment it is now overly complicated, crowded, messy and confusing. It was far more stream lined and user friendly before this update. It’s a shame that so many developers don’t actually prioritize the user experience. I wish my app had never auto updated. It has disrupted my flow and made it harder to see what I have for any given day because I have to scroll for 40 frickin years now on 3 day view. I had to change to the daily view and that is also terrible. It is no longer easy to see, at a quick glance, what my day looks like. Very disappointing. I hope they change it back because it’s awful now.
I’ve used the app for almost a year and was happy with it until the recent update. Now suddenly I’ve been locked out. All my information and appointments are lost. I’ll have to start all over with a new app. Use at your own risk.
When I put my appointment frequency to every 30 minutes. Clients can still book a :15 or a :45 instead of booking every half hour.

The update is awful for people who actually work service appointments and need to see things on a day to day, hour to hour basis. Please offer an option to use the old version that was not only easier to read but more productive.
This new update would be decent if it worked correctly!! If you go to a date, hit the + to add an appointment, finish adding the appointment details, it does not save it on the date that you originally started adding the appointment to which is a huge problem!! Now we have to go back through all of our appointments and reach out to the customers to make sure we have the same date!!! It’ll cost us lots of hours to do this!!! You guys screws up a great scheduling app!!
Truthfully, I used to love Setmore. It was super easy to use very straightforward. You never missed anything with the way that it was set up. I had access to view all of my clients past appointments so it would help both of us know when they were in the last time, I was able to click a button and all of my notifications were right in the app and it was extremely convenient. After this latest update, I no longer have access to my clients past history. I no longer can see all of my notifications within the app, I only see the ones that are sent to my phone screen, my app glitches and it won’t show me appointments that have been booked and I have just had more issues with it than I ever have in the last four years that I’ve used it. I would love for them to bring back the activity button and I would love for them to bring back the ability to see my clients past history again, if the glitches aren’t fixed, I will have no choice, but to move to a different app for booking it is extremely inconvenient and very unprofessional to have as many glitches as this App currently has
